Helping Customers with New Technology —
Zena always had a passion to help customers by solving problems in a fast and attentive manner. While studying business management at Davenport, Zena worked for the banking industry serving hundreds of clients on a regular basis.
“Before I came to EnvisionTEC, I was working in banking where I interacted with customers every day,” said Zena. “I enjoyed being able to attend to the customer’s need and always saw a need to make sure a customer was satisfied.”
From banking, she equipped herself with a wealth of administrative and leadership experience and grew her passion for helping clients.
Today, Zena is a familiar voice on the phone and oversees EnvisionTEC’s customer service as the administrative operations manager, where she leads her team to assist customers with service cases, warranties, shipping and logistics.
“Coming into 3D printing, I knew I liked what the technology was doing in our everyday lives and I wanted to add to the value of the customer experience from start to finish,” said Zena.
Zena started with EnvisionTEC in 2011 and has seen tremendous growth with the company as well as with the 3D printing market.
“I am amazed at how fast the company has grown,” Zena said, as she recalled memories overreflected on the past five years with EnvisionTEC. “When I started, there were only 20 or so people at the U.S. headquarters. Now, we’re 200-plus globally and still growing.”
The 3D printing boom added to Zena’s enthusiasm about her position and the customers who would benefit from the company’s growth.
“When I joined EnvisionTEC, I believed in the dream of seeing 3D printing become a technology that is a household topic and now my passion continues to grow as I watch the company go to a whole new level with 3D printing. I believe this is a good thing and our customers can expect great things to come,” said Zena.
“The team and I are making a big difference, and I look forward to continuing to combine my interest of 3D printing with customer service.”
