EnvisionTEC will also be demonstrating their Perfactory 3.0 software in the booth. This new release of their software boasts a variety of new features as well as updates to increase usability and functionality. The addition of an automatic support generation feature, a new part orientation gimbal, and new memory-saving capabilities enable this new version of the Perfactory software to provide the perfect addition to all of EnvisionTEC’s 3D printers.
Multiple new materials spanning EnvisionTEC’s technologies round out the new products being shown at EuroMold. For the industrial and design markets, ABS Flex, ABS Tough, and Superflex provide a range of tough materials designed to produce prototypes of items in categories such as automotive and consumer goods as well as production-‐quality end use parts. These materials are available in a variety of formulations for 3SP, Perfactory and Micro technologies from EnvisionTEC.
Also launching at EuroMold are two new Perfactory materials, RC70 and RC90. Created for the Perfactory line of 3D printers, both RC70 and RC90 are nanofilled materials whose smooth surface finish and high detail make them ideal for silicone molding. RC90 is highly recommended for jewelry, while RC70 is perfect for ornamental jewelry, toys and animation and high-precision housings. The final new material to be shown at EuroMold is Ortho Tough 3SP®, a high speed material designed for the production of high quality orthodontic models on the ULTRA® 3SP® Ortho 3D printer from EnvisionTEC.
