The International Society for Biofabrication (ISBF) was founded in 2010 and is a scientific and professional society, which promotes advances in biofabrication research, development, education, training, and medical and clinical applications.
The Biofabrication 2019 meeting aims to provide a comprehensive program that includes the latest biofabrication methods, materials, and technologies, and their impact on medicine. The meeting will be of multidisciplinary nature and gather research leaders, scholars, clinicians and company representatives from around the world to exchange ideas on the rapidly developing topic of biofabrication. During the recent years, rapid advances in the field of biofabrication have been made around the globe, and the impact of these breakthroughs will revolutionize the way medicine will be practiced in the future. This dynamic and informative meeting will foster interactions among basic scientists and engineers engaged in discovery and development of diagnostic and therapeutic methods, translational researchers who bring scientific discoveries to the clinical forefront, as well as those engaged in commercial endeavors.
At the event EnvisionTEC will be showing its 3D Bioplotter. This 3D printer provides labs with the the facility to ramp up their bioprinting research efforts.
