EnvisionTEC supports iMakr’s new London showroom.
iMakr, the world’s largest independent seller of 3D printing solutions, launched a new London showroom in Plexal Center, a co-working space and innovation center in East London, where the company’s new relationship with EnvisionTEC is on full display.
With the addition of the new workspace, iMakr now has 12 stores globally, including two in the Greater New York City area.
During a fun-filled launch event held Tuesday, March 13, Eric Savant, CEO of iMakr, spoke to a group of enthusiastic 3D printing users, from hobbyists with consumer-style machines to universities and manufacturers.
Other VIPs who attended the event included We Liu, COO of iMakr, and Durham Rose, a bespoke Jewellery manufacturer, that spoke about how 3D printing is used in jewelry applications as well as the opportunities for the future.
Alongside a variety of FDM 3D printers and 3D printed Easter eggs, a large EnvisionTEC Ultra 3SP stood out in the crowd. Many people were intrigued by the unique laser-based style of 3SP printing.

iMakr will offer EnvisionTEC’s range of professional grade 3SP and DLP 3D printing solutions alongside its other 3D printers, scanners, consumables and other offerings.
